March 8 will be International Women’s Day. The theme is #PressforProgress. According to Mercer, less than 60-70% of women are in the workforce, and female representation drops as career levels rise. The World Economic Forum says that the widest gender gaps globally are in the economic and health spheres, and that at the current rate of change, the economic gap won’t close for another 170 years.
