Workforce Strategy 2017: Discovery Hall

This morning a rich discussion on The Moments that Matter in connecting employees to their benefits was moderated by Prashant Srivastava, President and Co-Founder of Evive Health. Representatives from Iron Mountain, Lowe’s Companies and PepsiCo, Inc. shared how the launch of a centralized hub and highly personalized, just-in-time communications helped employees optimize their health and maximized employer investments.

“To do this, we need to put the “benefit” back in benefits—connect the right employees with the right programs at the right time.” –Erik Sossa, Vice President of Global Benefits at PepsiCo, Inc.

In the afternoon, the back-and-forth dialogue continues with a focus on tackling today’s challenges and opportunities head-on. Attendees are choosing among breakout sessions on employee engagement, resiliency, on-site clinics and financial well-being.

The day will conclude with a much-anticipated session on Transforming the Workplace Environment to Create on Optimal Employee Experience led by the International WELL Building Institute’s Founder, Paul Scialla, but there’s no doubt the networking will go well into the evening.
